FOUR2 CLASS GATHERING'09

Date: 21st March 2009 (Saturday)
Venue: Art park, opposite Jurong West Library @ The Frontier Community Place
Time: 6pm to 10pm (Fire will be started at 4.30pm though)
Description: BBQ, Free and easy, gathering and bonding, celebration
Things you have to know:
  1. Please confirm your attendance before 19/03/09 (Thursday).
  2. If you are not sure of the way, meet at 5.30pm at Jurong Point Bus Interchange (At 154 queue) and there will be someone to direct you there. Please inform Lianxin beforehand if you are meeting.
  3. Feel free to make your own way there if you want to.
  4. No specific dress code, but you're encouraged to wear your class tee.
  5. Each guy is to bring TWO bottles of 1.5L drink (any). This is not asking too much of you because there is such a thing called VALUE PACK. Also, feel free to bring more bottles if possible as we have only a pathetic number of 12 boys.
  6. Each girl is to bring some food for potluck (tidbits, marshmallows, jelly). Please do inform Lianxin what you would be bringing BEFOREHAND so that she can ensure there is no repetition and a variety of food choices for everyone.
  7. Costs of drinks and potluck food will come from YOUR money, and strictly no claim from the class fund is allowed. On top of that, a small amount of money will have to be paid to cover expenses for BBQ food and stuffs. Money for booking of BBQ pit and cost of cake (yes there will be a cake) will come from class fund.
  8. People who doesn't attend the BBQ, regardless of whatever reasons, will not have to pay for the food. But please bear in mind that the money taken from class fund was contributed by YOU, so it will be much more worth it if you turn up :)
  9. All decisions are final (Especially the taking of money from class fund), however, Lianxin is open to any negotiation provided that you provide her with substantial reasons.
